◆ Only 2 images from each participant will be accepted.

◆ All photos should be clearly labelled – full name, school name and telephone number of the student and the teacher.

◆ Completed registration forms are required for all final entries.

To verify that this work was conducted and completed by the students themselves teachers should submit six (6) photographs of the progress of their work at different stages of progression.

• Phase 3: at the end, showing evidence of the completed project, ready for final submission

Teachers should submit the evidence along with the final outcome, by filing the artwork submission form.

◆ The artwork should be at least 2480px on the longest edge and not exceed 4MB.

◆ Artwork should not contain any frame, mat, or watermark.

◆ The artwork should be clear and in focus.

◆ You can use any app (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Artrage, etc…

◆ Completed registration forms are required for all final entries.

◆ Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our rules have changed temporarily.

◆ Students should produce their own artwork based on the given theme. For this year the theme is ‘Artificial intelligence’

◆ All paintings/drawings should be clearly marked with the student’s full name, age, class, city, country and nationality.

◆ The Drawing/Painting competition will take place at each BSME member school (if schools are open during a pandemic).

◆ Completed registration forms are required for all final entries.
